1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lili Invests ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our website, services, courses, programs, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Services and Products

Lili Invests provides online education, coaching, and business resources designed to help entrepreneurs scale their businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Online courses and educational programs
• Group coaching and mastermind programs (including 6 Figure Sprint Founders Group)
• Challenges and workshops (including Self-Funded Freedom Challenge)
• Community access (including Skool community platform)
• One-on-one strategy calls
• Digital downloads and templates
• Email newsletters and educational content
• Webinars and masterclasses

2.1 Educational Nature

All Services are educational in nature and designed to provide information and strategies. Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and implementation. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or financial results.

2.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Services.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to our business or other users.

4. Payment and Billing

4.1 Pricing

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time. Current pricing includes:

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method.

4.3 Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly billed, you must contact us within 30 days of the charge. Failure to notify us within this timeframe means you waive your right to dispute the charge.

4.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, or other transaction taxes associated with your purchase.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Win Your Money Back Challenge Bundle

Our $147 Challenge Bundle includes a unique "Win Your Money Back" guarantee:

• Complete the challenge and submit required assignments
• If unsatisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of challenge completion
• Alternatively, apply the $147 as credit toward our 6 Figure Sprint program
• This makes the challenge effectively free when you upgrade

5.2 Standard Refund Policy

For other products and services:

• Digital products and courses: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds only available if less than 25% of content has been accessed
• Coaching programs and masterminds: No refunds after program start date
• Strategy calls: Non-refundable once scheduled

5.3 No-Show Policy

If you miss a scheduled strategy call or coaching session without at least 24 hours notice, you forfeit your right to reschedule or refund. No exceptions.

6. AI Workflow Giveaway Terms

6.1 Eligibility

The AI Workflow Giveaway is open to:

• Legal residents of the United States
• Individuals 18 years of age or older
• Excludes employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Lili Invests
• Void where prohibited by law

6.2 How to Enter

Primary Entry Method: Register for the AI Masterclass by completing the registration form on our website. One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Alternate Free Entry Method: Send an email to [email protected] with your full name, email address, and phone number. Use subject line "AI Workflow Giveaway Entry." Entry must be received at least one hour prior to the masterclass start time.

6.3 Entry Period

The entry period begins when registration opens and closes at the start of the scheduled masterclass. Entries received after the masterclass begins will not be accepted.

6.4 Prize Details

• Prize: One (1) Custom AI Workflow designed specifically for winner's business
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,000
• Prize Characteristics: Non-transferable, cannot be substituted for cash or other prizes
• Tax Responsibility: Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes

6.5 Winner Selection and Notification

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries
• Drawing will occur within seven (7) days following the masterclass
• Winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 48 hours of selection
• Winner must respond within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner will be selected
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received

6.6 Prize Redemption

• Winner must provide necessary business information for custom AI workflow design
• Winner must schedule a consultation call to discuss workflow requirements
• Prize must be redeemed within 90 days of winner notification
• Failure to redeem within 90 days results in forfeiture of prize with no compensation

6.7 Additional Terms

• Limit one prize per person/household
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules
• Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all respects
• Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release

7. Live-Only Prize Selection Terms ("Show Up Live, Pick Your Prize")

7.1 Overview

Certain masterclasses and events include a "Show Up Live, Pick Your Prize" bonus program where attendees can select from multiple prize options valued at approximately $297 each.

7.2 Available Prizes

7.3 Eligibility and Selection

• Must be registered for the specific masterclass or event
• Must attend the LIVE session (replay viewers are not eligible)

• One prize per person unless eligible for "Both Prizes" bonus (see Section 7.4)

7.4 "Both Prizes" Early Bird Bonus

• First 10 attendees to join the live Zoom call are eligible
• Must type "both!" or "BOTH" in the chat when prompted

7.5 Critical Requirements - LIVE ATTENDANCE MANDATORY

7.6 Prize Delivery

• Winner responsible for checking email and spam folders
• No physical products will be shipped

7.7 Prize Restrictions

You may NOT:

8.4 User-Generated Content

By posting content in our community platforms (Skool, social media, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for business purposes.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Spam, advertise, or promote other businesses without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' ability to use the Services
• Collect user information without consent
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without authorization

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.1 Educational Purpose

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Termination does not entitle you to refunds for unused services or prorated subscription fees unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.

• Non-payment of fees
• Any conduct we deem harmful to our business or other users

Upon termination:
